Storybook Treats in Fantasyland has great soft serve. I think it's a good value by Disney standards. You can get sundaes at the Plaza, but you might have a wait since it is now a walk up for table service.
Yeah, you're right, and I should have known that since I always comment on the ice cream parlor smell when we go by, but we're not big ice cream eaters so we never go in.
My mother only likes soft serve and will vouch for Storybook Treats. I think the first soft serve I've ever had at wdw as an adult (barring dole whips, which aren't my favorite thing either) was from the truck at AK last week. I'm all set on ice cream for awhile.
Our favorite place for WDW soft serve is Auntie Gravity's in tomorrowland. The strawberry sundae is so yummy and we also like the orange smoothie - tastes like a creamsicle
Thanks so much. We are snackers vs. lunchers so these treats will come in handy. We love hand dipped ice cream, but those that are house made. I have a problem with paying extra for grocery store stuff, but I can you buy soft serve at the store so I'm all in.
