i just discovered that my so-called hard boiled eggs from easter were undercooked. yuck! they had some firmness so i tried to make them into an egg salad sandwich but it was just about the most nasty thing i've every tasted! i actually threw half of it out!so I ask you, is there anyway to save these eggs? can i reboil them? if not, is there actually a recipe that uses soft boiled eggs? i hate to throw anything away, but there is no way I can eat those plain!
