Soda/Water Prices at the world

I had seen mention somewhere that Disney was supposed to be lowering the soda and water prices in the parks. Does anyone know if this is true? Or the current prices?

last time we were there they were about $3 for 1.5L sports bottles.

We just returned home last night. Disney has not "yet" lowered their prices. Water in the parks is $2.50 a bottle. We didn't buy any sodas and I think the Powerade was about the same price. Off-hand I don't recall the exact price. At our resort we bought the souvenier mugs $10.99 and it paid for itself over and over. The initial purchase seems like a shock, but it is soooo worth it.

I don't know pricing because we usually bring our own. Even with heightened security they are fine with you bringing in your own drinks and snacks. So the bottom line is if you don't mind carrying it - you can 12 cans of soda at Publix for 1 drink in Dis.
