Soda on Board

I was under the impression that soda was free but was reading one of the navigators and it said $20 for unlimited soda for the cruise.

We went on the 8/21 Eastern. Soda was free at meals and there was "free" soda at the Beverage station on Deck 9 by the pools. You can help yourself to soda, lemonade, coffee, tea day & night. We loved it. I believe they only started it this summer. If you want a soda in the nightclubs you still have to pay for it.

That navigator was probably from before the soda was added to the deck 9 station. There was a program for $5 per day for unlimited soda.

The way it works now, the only time you're charged for soda is if you get it from a bar. It's my understanding that there are soda stations in the Deck 9 buffet area, and restaurants have always had free soda. Just be sure your kids know that if they go to the bar next to the Goofy pool, they're going to be charged for soda.
