soda ash / dye resist

Does anybody know where I can buy either of these items?

My Michaels doesn't sell either one. Around here I only seem to find Soda ash in quantities starting at a few pounds.

JoAnn's has soda ash in the box. It's made by Tulip and I found it over where the tye-dye kits and individual packages of dye are. I think it was something like $3.99 but I used a coupon. Good luck!
