Soccer Tournament 2004?

Hi Folks!

I've posted this question on the Families board but so far no bites so I thought I'd try here. I'm really not sure what forum to post this question on.

My DD (10) plays on a travel soccer team, our team has been playing around with the idea of attending a Soccer Tournament in Disney next Memorial Day weekend (2004). We are gathering info now because we know there will be a lot of fundraising involved.

My question is, have any other Dis'ers participated in this tournament? Did you do the package deal? How did it work out?

Any and all information or direction would be greatly appreciated!

My niece did a cheerleading event (actually 2 of them) last year at WDW and their family bought the package that was offered as opposed to booking their own for the first trip. For the second trip they used a postcard rate I had received to stay at CBR and bought their own hoppers.
