Soccer- non disney

Can someone please help me? I needed a few things for my soccer team's end of the season/year party? If someone has these that I can copy and paste or make them I would really appreciate it! I am sorry it's not anything Disney yet and I really appreciate it! They are only 5/6 year olds so if they can look fun that would be nice! Thank you very much in advance!!

1- I need an invitation for the end of the season party- it's going to be a BBQ for family of our soccer team at my house and we are going to play water and soccer games for the day! The information for the party is as follows
where- if that can be left blank I am going to put a sticker with our address on it
when- June 25th, 2011 at 4pm-7pm
what to bring- swimsuit, towel, shoes that can get wet or sandals, sunblock, and a change of clothes.

2- I would like to make each of my soccer kids a shirt with a soccer ball and their name I have 8 kids- Nick, Brianna, Chris, Ariana, Damien, Gianna, Timmy, and Conner

3- I would also like a certificate that states that they made their first goal of the Spring 2011 season with the date area and signature area left blank and the name area too so we can just fill that in- if we could have 2 signature areas though I would appreciate that with another date next to the signature! So I would like a place to write the date they got the goal, their name, both coaches signatures and the date that the coaches signed the certificate.

PS- Amy I am going to have to order more of the iron-ons now, I will have to do that in July though so talk to you about those again then!

Amy can I ask a favor? DH was suggesting green and white for the background because that is the team colors and if the word "Bandits" can be in the silver medal on the top? I am sorry. Thank you though if you can change it! I really appreciate it and can't wait to print them out for the ceremony!

Oh I see... I was asking myself what? I am very sorry! I don't know who that guy is though! I am sorry! But you did great, I printed them out on paper for the binder I made each of them and are debating if I should also print them off for an iron on shirt like I was going to do originally! One of the moms has been helping me and loves these designs- I showed her your photobucket and wishes she did more research before her Disney trip back in 2009!
