Soarin with no FP+ and no waiting.

This morning I was at Epcot when they opened. Wasn't right near the front and it took a while to get in. No wait at SE so I decided to not bother rushing to Soarin with everyone else and just did SE. Afterwards looked on MDE and saw Soarin with a 10 minute wait so said "why not?" Entered the queue at 9:30 and there was no wait. Just walked straight to the pre-show area. Was awesome! So I wouldn't "waste" a FP+ on it if you're going to be at Epcot at RD. At least not right now. And I didn't even have to rush!

Found this to be true last week for most of the morning. Wait times were listed as more than the actual wait times. The new movie is really awesome.

Had similar experience on Thursday. Rode MS at 9:00am, Then went to Soarin- walk on. Rode soarin again at 7:30pm with 20 minute wait.

Well, it wasn't exactly lucky as much as a plan. But my comment is meant to be helpful to others who are here the next couple of weeks. It obviously wouldn't apply, for example, Christmas week.

We went on the 10th at about 2pm. Wait time said 25 min and we only waited maybe 10. Awesome!!

We found the same thing on our Trip (returned last Wednesday). We were so pleasantly surprised! I think having that extra Bay is really cutting down on the wait times. We weren't even there at Rope Drop, either. I think it was around 10:30ish.

We are going the same time. I suspect the wait times will be higher, especially at MK as Disney has added park hours, and added more fireworks at DHS.
