I'm not sure if this is the right place for this. I assumed it would be, since it is about the queue of an attraction.

I was listening to an online Disney radio, that plays music from WDW and the resorts as well as the movies, while doing school work earlier. I noticed that the music on at the time sounded just like the music from the movie "The Boy Who Could Fly". Does anyone know if some of the music in the Soarin' que area is from that movie? It is driving me nuts!! Of course it could just be another way to keep my mind of my classes.:lmao:

I'm no help with your question, but I was just heard the Soarin' queue music while on hold trying to make a reservation about an hour ago :-)

Yes! According to this website, there is a part of the queue that has music from "The Boy Who Could Fly." The score was done by Bruce Broughton, who also did the music for Ellen's Energy Adventure.

Thank you both!! It was just driving me bonkers!! I was thinking it was the lack of sleep that was making me hear things.

Some of, if not, the best queue music in all of WDW. The first time I rode it and heard the main title from An American Tail I flipped out.

I am trying to locate the music from the Forest Gump trailer. DisRadio plays it as Soarin Queue music, but I can't seem to find it listed in the list of songs they used for the queue. I love it!
