Soarin or EE first?

We will only have one day between Epcot and AK. Epcot will have an evening EMH. We are going in late Sept so I'm hoping the crowds are low.

My question is which park do we do first. We have no problem doing Soarin at Epcot then moving to Ak for several hours then back to Epcot for the rest of the day. Our dinner ressies are at Moroco at 7;00pm. Or we can do AK first then move to Epcot for the rest of the day. My only concern is riding Soarin. Everyone seems to be saying to get to it first or you may not get on. That is the one ride at Epcot we definatly want to ride.
We will not be doing any of the other rides at Epcot. We want to tour the countries. We never got to enjoy them before. The kids never want too but this time there are no kids. It's our 25th anniversary.
If anyone has insight about this I would love to hear from you.

Go ot whichever park (if any) has the morning EMH that day, and ride the one or two attractions there FIRST, then head right to the other park and ride (or get FP to) those "must-do" attractions early, as well.

There are many variations on that, but if you are worried about crowds and FP's "running out, its best to play it safe and go as early as possible.
Then, you can choose to stay at the second park, or, later, go back to the first one for any "unfinished business."

We ALWAYS go to AM EMH's and have never been disappointed.

Go to AK in the am, go to EE first, then whatever else you want to see. When you're done w/AK, head over to Epcot. Go to Soarin first. Check for a fastpass. If none there...wait in line. I don't think the line would ever be so long that you wouldnt get to ride it. It may take longer, but if thats really the only ride you want to see, then its worth it.

I would have to say to go to Soarin as early as possible. Fastpasses run out very quick on this ride. When we went in late July this year every time we passed Soarin the stand by line was always at least 120 minutes long. EE never had that long of a stand by line. We actually got to ride EE 6 times in one afternoon.

Have Fun!!!

EE also has a single rider line which would most likely be shorter. Soarin' does not have the single rider line.

I would say if Soarin is the only ride in EPCOT you want to ride go to it first thing. Then once you're done rush over to AK and ride EE and anything else you want. Then come back to EPCOT for the WS and maybe another ride on Soarin and Illuminations.

I would definately say do Soarin first. FP's are usually gone early and the line can reach 2 hours quickly. No relief during EHM either, sadly.
