Soarin' height restriction?

Will there be a height restriction? We are going in May with DGD who will be 16 months at the time. Will we be able to take her on Soarin'?

I'm not sure what Epcot will do, but the height restriction at DCA is 40" or taller. I imagine it will be the same for WDW.
