Soarin Future Aviator

over the summer we did Soarin with my 4 year old daughter and then a few days later we tried again and she wasn't tall enough. She was super disappointed because she had ridden before and a 4 year old can't understand why she couldn't ride now. We think she must have lifted up on her toes with no one noticing the first time because we had a very nice CM the second time who tried to measure her several times with coaching and it was clear to both him and me she wasn't tall enough by about 3 sheets of paper. He gave her a future aviator card that he said would get her through fastpass when she was tall enough. She grew almost an inch since then and will have no problem measuring up this Christmas.
Anyone know how many people this pass is good for and if you can use rider switch in conjunction with it?
We are going with my brother in law who has 3 kids that are too short for it and 1 that can ride so we are hoping me my wife and my older daughter can ride while they watch the kids and they can then rider switch and they can ride with their daughter while we watch their younger kids.

I uploaded the ticket in case some of you haven't seen one before. We've been going to Disney for a long time and have had multiple annual passes and had never heard of it before.

1, Varies a bit, but "the whole family" (within reason.)
2. Maybe, but that would be up to the CM staffer at that time.
(I don't see why they couldn't just do the Rider Swap in the usual manner regardless.)
