Soarin and Pregnant?

Not sure about the official "rules", but it's not an intense ride at all so I don't see why not. Immensely pleasant. You don't even really move.

Can pregnant women ride Soarin??

I also don't know what the sign actually says about pregnant woman being restricted. But it would be fine. You are moving more by riding Dumbo. Soarin is all effects. I also rode the safari at AK and after going on Kali last month I would do that too if I was preg. :flower:

Yes you can. I did it at 6 months and there were no restrictions (in California at least).

I'm glad to here that I can ride it while pregnant! Is there a minimum height restriction to ride? Just wondering if my Dd will be able to ride.

I rode it passholder weekend at about 5 months pregnant and it was fine. I thik the height restriction is 38 inches, and they do check it. Our DS was just under and they wouldn't let him go on.

I'm glad to hear this. I have been wondering. We leave next week and I will be 22-23 weeks pregnant on our trip. But, it is a good excuse not to go on Rockin' Roller Coaster with Hubby and the others. That will be baby shoppin' time!
Have a wonderful evening!

Not sure about anything official, but Soarin is a very gentle ride. The only issue some people might have is motion sickness so if this is an issue during your pregnancy, I'd avoid it. Otherwise, there is no jerking around and drops or fast movement. I think you'd be fine on it.

Congrats on your soon to be new addition! :) Beware, WDW has way too much cute baby stuff. I have a new niece and I went crazy shopping for her when I was there in May. :)

I don't know if it was a good idea or not, but I road Soarin' at Disneyland when I was about six weeks pregnant and did not have any problems.

I thought I read the height requirement was 40". We were trying to get my daughter to grow for our trip...I just dont think she's gonna grow 4" by our Monday at Epcot!

I rode Soarin' at Disneyland when I was pregnant...it was fun! It is really smooth and not jerky or rough in the least. The only thing that should keep you away is if you are afraid of heights...but even so, you may just get over that once you are riding...it is so pretty!
