I am tired and don't feel like cooking.

Who wants to have me over and what are we having?

Sorry your too late, we eat at five. Dh had a porterhouse with sauteed mushrooms, i had a very late lunch so a late dinner for me and something small.

Sounds like another Saturday night for:

What no frying bacon naked or grilling with flip flop on?

I had grilled corn on the cob and iced tea. You wouldn't have wanted to eat here tonight. DH is working, and I wasn't in the mood to cook anything.

We had this:

Olive Garden® Zuppa Toscana

This is a much requested recipe on the site given its name! Someone who used to work at the Olive Garden sent in the original recipe and I've adapted it to serve just 6-8. Try it since it is really yummy!

It is a very good soup and hits the spot on cold winter days. I've included this and a few other Olive Garden-inspired recipes on the site for all of our visitors that enjoy eating at the restaurant chain. In my opinion, making these recipes at home makes them even better than the ones you eat at the restaurant! :)

Makes: 6-8 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground Italian sausage
1½ tsp crushed red peppers
1 large diced white onion
4 Tbsp bacon pieces
2 tsp garlic puree
10 cups water
5 cubes of chicken bouillon
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb sliced Russet potatoes, or about 3 large potatoes
¼ of a bunch of kale
Sauté Italian sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot. Drain excess fat, refrigerate while you prepare other ingredients.
In the same pan, sauté bacon, onions and garlic over low-medium heat for approximately 15 mins. or until the onions are soft.
Add chicken bouillon and water to the pot and heat until it starts to boil.
Add the sliced potatoes and cook until soft, about half an hour.
Add the heavy cream and just cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in the sausage and the kale, let all heat through and serve. Delicious!

And some BBQ chicken because I had some out to make the other day and didn't get home in time to make it.

Have some Turkey Sloppy Joe, brown rice and White Zinfandel left over but no broccoli with cheese and spicy mustard or coconut triple layer cake.

Tonight I made a pizza:

Flatbread whole wheat crust brushed with pesto, feta cheese, and plum tomatoes. Delicious!!!

Sorry, no leftovers between all of us!

We had grilled brats and grilled Mexican corn. We ate it all, so you can't have any. Just thought I'd share. :lmao:

Sorry, we never eat at home on Saturday. Went for a quick dinner at Applebees. Love their chicken salads. You can come over for ice cream cake if you want. We'll have that in about an hour. :goodvibes

KFC Extra Crispy, leftover from a church women's event last night. Added potato sticks. Nutrition at its best.

I know it late but your still welcome to stop by. We had sausage and peppers I will make you a plate

We had turkey sloppy joes with sweet potato wedges and fruit salad. I can make up a plate for you if you'd like.

Fresh scallops harvested today by the husbands, right off the bottom of the ocean.
