Last night I went to sleep with 6 people in my house.

This morning I woke up and its just me.

Not a one of them bothered ot tell me that they were leaving. Nor where they were going.

Does your family ever just disappear on you?

I woke up one Sunday and my family went to church without me. I was up really late the night before and I was sound asleep when they were leaving. They left me a note in the kitchen though.

My parents just come and go as they please. They rarely tell me when they're going anywhere.
My brother however HAS to tell me where he's going because normally my parents are out or busy when he leaves so he has to leave them a message.

My parents normally don't leave the house other than work. Whenever they leave, though, they always tell me where they're going. If I'm sleeping, they post a note right outside by bedroom door, telling me where they went and when they'll be back.​

They're home now. They told me that they "woke" me up and told me where they were going. I said "mmk. bye. goodnight". Clue-if someone tells you "goodnight" at 8.30 am, they're not awake.

Eh... my parents are notorious for their quick comings and leavings with no tellings... (Did that make sense???) I spend half my day babysitting my littlest brother.

They never did that when I was younger. Though now that I am older, it happens every so often.

I woke up at around 9:00 am one morning (sister still asleep) and I knew my mom was planning on going to Wal*Mart that day. I asked when she was planning on leaving and she told me she already went...and came back! lol. My mom is such a morning person rofl...who goes to Wal*Mart at like 7-8 in the morning!?

This past week I went to my piano lesson. When I got back home I saw my sister stirring our dinner on the stove. I looked around the house and asked her were our parents were and she said, "I have been wondering the same thing for the past 30 minutes!" lol...I laughed and she told me she was in her room and the foyer door closed. She went out a little later and noticed two adults were missing, heh. She was keeping up with the dinner so that it wouldn't burn and felt lucky to have come out to notice they had left, otherwise the dinner would have been rather icky later! lol.

I looked out our living room window and saw then walking casually down the street pointing at our house and talking. I just laughed and waved to them as they passed by...hoping they would noticed I had returned home lol.

There have been times where I'd be out with my friends and return to empty house or, such as you, wake up to an empty house. But my parents are in no way negligent, heh. I mean, I am going to be 18 in November, my sister is over 16 and it isn't AS necessary to leave notes when they will be gone no more than say 1-2 hours at most. Usually they will tell me when and where they are going though.

I was a very self possessed little girl. There were times I could go hours without talking. So sometimes My family just assumed I was in the back seat of the car not talking and left without me. I wasn't shy or rebeling. I just get lost in my own thoughts. I can keep my self entertained for hours with my head.

my college roommates do.,...they will actually sneak out of the duplex because they don't want me to go with them.....
I am sure your family just didn't want to wake you up..or if you are like me your family is afraid to wake you up because you are not very nice in the morning

My mum/dad always call me if members of my family are leaving so i get to say goodbye to them

Yep, that's happened to me too. I usually know when they are leaving because they are loud and I'm a light sleeper. I hate that...people just leaving and not telling me where they are going.
