Hey, lillygator, Lindsay Vonn lives and trains mostly in Austria.

Not so much-she and thomas are residents of Vail Colorado-she has a colorado drivers license and pays colorado state taxes. she does train in austria-but most american skiers train where the snow is the best-sometimes thats in chile. The entire US team stays in Kirshberg, Austria during the European World Cup season as commuting back and forth to the states is expensive and cuts into training time. She also spends the Christmas Holidays with-and trains with Maria Reisch of Germany-so we could make the aurgument that she should compete for Germany-and that all US skiers should compete for Austria-if the whole thing werent just silly.

It is a silly argument and is just another reflection of how in today's world isolationism is an outdated concept.
