So will parks ship Frozen merchandise or not?

Since you've already been "holding" for two days, why not just give them a call and ask?

I couldn't call over the weekend since they are closed on the weekend, so I posted here hoping someone could report on their experience last week... But I did call today when they opened, and they told me that they don't have what I am looking for, so I won't be getting it. Another poster on a different thread said they told her they would not ship any Frozen merchandise. They told me this morning that they would. ship it if they had it. So I think that is a non-answer from Disney, but what's new with this Frozen mess?

I emailed DisneyParksMerch earlier this week to ask about some Frozen items. The Disney rep who responded informed me they were out of the items, and for the time being, are not selling/shipping any Frozen merchandise other than the DVD.

Currently, the Frozen merchandise is selling as quickly as we put merchandise on the floors. And regrettably, our Merchandise Guest Services office is not able to sell any of the product with the exception of the just released DVD.

Aside from the DVD, WDW won't currently ship any Frozen Merchandise. It is selling out too quickly for them to take phone orders.
