So, what's your TurkeyDay menu?

Good question. IDK. Probally the usual.

But tonight, since we are going to Ohio for Thanksgiving, we had a Pre-Thanksgiving, my dad, mom, sister, and I. My brother was at a bday party. We had a small turkey that tasted like ham, delicious 'taters, green bean cassorale made by moi, stuffing, and an apple pie. =]

veggies (such as broccoli, asparagus, and green beans)

and maybe canolis. I loveee canolis!

Due to the fact i'm English (and jealous that you get 2 reasons to eat turkey a year), i am planning to have a jacket potato and baked beans! Ahh the wonders of being a poor student!

Okay, this year I am going to use my culinary skills. I am making sugar cookies with red, yellow, and orange frosting shaped like leaves with orange leaf sprinkles.

My BFF and I try each others traditional foods around the holidays.
She's Jewish, so I try her mom's Matzo Ball soup.
I'm Spanish, so this year it's her turn to try a Spanish food.
 
We're feeding...12 people here ;) At my house...Woo! Ranging ages 2-69. 6 men, 6 women.

Appetizer:
Spinich salad which includes-
You guessed it! Spinich
Mozarella Balls
Crutons
Cherry Tomatoes
and some kind of dressing.

Main Course:
Turkey (yummy :D)

Vegetables (corn, brocolli, carrots, and green beans.)

Pumpkin Pie
Apple Pie
Cookies made by, yours truely!

Drinks:

Orange Juice
then Coffee for dessert.

Big meal, yummy can't wait! :)
