So, what'd ya eat?


B - Nothing
L - Nothing
D - PorkLoin Chops, pasta in a light parmesan sauce, brussel sprouts.
S - I'll have some strawberry cheesecake bites later on.
 
B-sausage, toast and home fries
l-nothing
d- chicken
s-brownie
 
B - Apple
L - Pasta, goldfish, and granola bar
D - Some type of pizza.
 
B: Cocoa Krispies & milk
L: Peanut butter sandwich & cookies & iced tea
D: Chinese take-out & milk
 
B- corn beef hash
L- turkey sandwich and 100 calorie pack chips ahoy
S- apple and triscuits
D- chicken, potatoes, broccolli
D- strawberry banana yogurt
 
B- Half a Croissan'wich, OJ, a stick and a half of French Toast.
L- A peanut butter granola bar.
D- Spaghetti alfredo and broccoli

OT, and honestly not trying to insinuate anything, but I'm a little surprised at how little some people are eating. I get seriously cranky and lethargic if I miss a meal; skipping one or having something really small (like, say, a granola bar. :headache:) doesn't go well at ALL for me. I'm actually kind of impressed. :O
 
Breakfast:
At Home-Muffin Tops and Milk
At School-Starbucks Coffee Frappachino

Lunch:
Spaghetti and Bread
Salad
Cookie
Milk

Dinner:
Wendy's-
Chicken Shamich(hehe)
Fries
Iced Tea

Snack:
Vitamin Water
Cupcake

OT, and honestly not trying to insinuate anything, but I'm a little surprised at how little some people are eating. I get seriously cranky and lethargic if I miss a meal; skipping one or having something really small (like, say, a granola bar. :headache:) doesn't go well at ALL for me. I'm actually kind of impressed. :O
Really? I never ever ever eat 3 full meals a day. It's usually not because I want to skip meals, I just am not hungry all that much.
 
B - like 3 bites of cereal... no time!
L - Subway 6 inch veggie sandwitch on wheat
D - a banana.

My mom and I think Subway gave us food poisoning lol
 
This is actually exactly what I had today (in order)...

2 Diet Dr Peppers
Ham Sandwich, Half a banana, Diet Dr Pepper
Iced tea, Half a hamburger, 3-4 fries, tossed salad.
Diet Dr Pepper, one little chocolate covered donuts.

You probably just have a high metabolism.

And I've learned to eat breakfast even if I'm not hungry. It helps me not snack as much during the day, and its healthy to do so.
 
B-a buttered roll, and hot chocolate

L- salmon and vegetables in pasta

D- kind of had a late lunch so, no dinner for me
 
Can't be bothered to remember yesterdays...

Late Breakfast - Sausage Sandwich.

Lunch - Probably a Nutella Sandwich when my nan gets here.

Dinner - Knowing us, it will either be Chinese or Indian.
