So, what'd ya eat?

b - piece of toast i had to stuff down for the dentist.
l - stouffers mac and cheese.
d - mini meatball sub with fries and corn.
 
Breakfast:
Special K Red Berries with Skim Milk
Boston Creme Pie yogurt

9:30 AM:
banana

10:45 AM:
Salad no dressing
Half a chicken breast
water

12:00 PM:
Half a chicken breast

2:30 PM:
Turkey sandwich

5:00 PM
Chocolate protein shake with a banana blended in
Cinnamon roll yogurt
strawberries

9:00 PM
Special K Red Berries with skim milk


For some reason, I went extremely healthy today
 
B-Reeses pieces Cereal
L-Ham and cheese on a roll
S-Cookies
D-Meatloff(sp?),Carrots,string beans, Corn,pasta
 
B - breakfast sandwitch (which I made. it was eggstreely deelish if i do say so myself)
L - NADA!!!! -gasp-
D - i pounded an entire container of seasme chicken and fried rice.

S - a packet of princess fruit snacks(: and ROOTBEER
 

B - nothing
L - glass of apple juice
D - plain raman noodles

Nothing too rich or filling.
 
B - Honey Bunches of Oats
L - Salad, buffulo chicken strips, zuccini.
D - We ordered pizza. I had one slice of pepperoni & a bite of this cinnamon thing.
 
Yesterday:

B - None.
L - Corn.
D - Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and a boatload of Broccoli.

Today:

B - None.
L - Croissant.
D - ?
 
B- Apples & Cinnamon oatmeal, Grape Juice
L-Turkey Sandwich, Chips, & Water.
D-TBA
 
B - Parmesan garlic wings (Breakfast of champions xD)
L - Pizz Hut Lasagna (which was surprisingly really good)
D - don't know what i'm having.
 
Okay so it was:

B - none.
L - 3 croissants.
D - french bread pizza.
S - maple flavoured sausage on a bagel. it stems from sausage, egg, cheese on a bagel. i don't feel like having cheese, and the eggs weren't good.
 
breakfast-frosted mini wheats and a little chocolate heart
Lunch-pretzal (i was at work and didn't feel like going out in the rain to get yogurt
Dinner-salad, ravioli, asparagus (all really small portions but perfect amount)
Desert-Chocolate Strawberries
 
B - yooooogurt.
L - NUTHING -gasp-
D - this deeelissh chicken sub my friends dad made



yeah, so im prob gonna go stampeed the fridge and inhale everything now.
 
Breakfast-Pancakes, bacon, eggs and sausage

Lunch-Leftover spaghetti

Dinner-Bratwurst, peas, mashed potatoes
 
breakfast- 1 cup of egg whites, fat free yogurt
lunch- turkey wrap and an apple
dinner- will be having ham steak and a baked potatoe

then idk what a few hours after dinner probly carrot sticks or an apple
 
B - Donut.
L - I'm having tacos in a few minutes so that's dinner & lunch combined.
D - ^ See above.
 
B - A bagle w/ cream cheese from tim hortons YUMM
L - happy meal (:
D - some gross stuff my dad is cooking
 
B - Ham and Cheddar Omelet with potatoes and an english muffin with coffee
L - Black bean burrito and a yogurt
D - ????? Maybe Pei Wei? I'm not hungry yet so its hard to know.
