So what snacks would you pack?

I am going to be taking some Just Tomatoes fruit & veggies. Dd is turning 3 next week and absolutely loves them (so does mommy & daddy). You can find out more here: www.justtomatoes.com

They are awesome! Dd loves the raspberries, pineapples, strawberries, bananas, and corn.

Wow. This stuff looks so good. I wonder why they discontinued the gift stix. Thanks for the website. The fritata recipe on the main page looks good too.

We are bringing Teddy Grahams and Ritz Bits in the To Go cups as well as Goldfish in the little milk containers. We are also going to bring Dum Dums for "emergencies" for the airplane and lines. Plus, some Pringles in the snack containers which are a real treat for DD. Also, some new fruit snacks. Hopefully it will tide her over for a week! I haven't decided on drinks yet. I'll probably just bring in a sippy cup for her. Gotta keep those 2-year-olds happy!:thumbsup2

I just threw 2 packs of Disney-themed fruit snacks per day, 1 Princess (DD) and 1 Toy Story (DS), into my backpack last year. We eat lunch earlier than usual in the World, so I think my kids are more bored than hungry. This year I'm also bringing some gum and I got a bag of small Mickey head shaped suckers for .10 at Walgreens on clearance. That should keep them busy while waiting ...

To drink, I just bring those take and toss cups from WalMart, have a CM from a stand fill them with ice (for free) and fill them with water from our bottled water. Theye have lids and straws and they have Disney-themed cups. We have Snow White for DD. I've seen Cars for the boys.

I try to take as little as possible as I am also toting hats, fans, sunscreen, wipes, sunglasses, autograph books, pins, etc.

no additional snack ideas... but for drinks... if you are not going to bring a cooler you can freeze a juice box and/or water bottle. When it thaws it will be cold. Or you can tear open the top of the juicebox and serve it as an icee. I'd suggest placing it in a ziploc though so it doesn't "sweat" all over the rest of the stuff in your bag.

Great advice--I froze a bottle of water and had it in the water bottle pouch of my baggalini...it did sweat on the kids' autograph books.

Ditto on lots of the snack ideas already mentioned. I had thrown in some fruit gushers as a special treat, but they got squished and slimey, so I won't do that again. Beef Jerky and slim jims were a big hit. One day I had tossed in a baggie of peanuts and one of raisins...we ate at Chef Mickey's that day and DD had some left over M&M's from the dessert bar, so we tossed them in and had trail mix. :)
