So, What did you do for April Fool's Day??

Gotta tell someone about this. With spring getting a head start this weekend, the kids have been outside a lot already and leaving the usual messes. I already got tired of it and got into action when I noticed that their bikes were still left on the public sidewalk outside of our house. This was after they went to bed!
So, I put them away for the night, but then got up early and placed their bikes on the house roof! When we all went out to ride our bikes to school this morning, they couldn't find their bikes! 'Well gee, where did you leave your bikes kids?'
'We put them away'
'Well, if you put them away properly, wouldn't they be in the proper place?'
Then we pointed them out on the roof and they stayed there until after the kids got home from school after walking both ways.
Hopefully a practical joke and a lesson learned at the same time.

Kevin did it on Breakfast Television so I tried it. DD17 has a first period spare so shes not up until around 9:00am. I coloured our milk pink, so when she went to make her hot chocolate, we had pink milk. Then I forgot and went to have milk at noon, I thought grose but hey its only a different colour, not taste.I think Kevin did yellow milk.
