My son is getting a Playstation 2, with all the accessories. Some games and books.

My DD is getting a princess couch, a Barbie bicycle (for her to ride) and a bouncing horse. She is so excited about Santa Claus this year. I just can not wait to see her face.

So what are you giving this year and/or what is Santa giving this year?

Santa is bringing my son (22 months) a play kitchen, a little people school bus, some magnetic letters/numbers, a couple of balls, some play-doh and a ragedy andy doll. It sounds like so much, and most likely it is, but we figure the kitchen is going to be for all the kids really (well, the 2 on the way don't care yet, but someday they will).

Besides a few gifts from Santa-I have 3 that still believe, they are going to WDW, leaving in the afternoon for 11 days. Shhh it is a secret!

mtemm-Is your DS getting the Little Tykes one? :)

DD is getting the Little Tykes kitchen, pots and pans, and play food from Santa. In her stocking are 2 wiggles CD's, Panties, stickers, barrettes, and a view finder.

From us she is getting Old MacDonald game, Memory Game, Finding Nemo, PJ's, Little People farm Add on, Coloring books, 2 pooh books, Mega Bloks and a few other things. :)

DS (7) is getting from Santa and us:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles lair (house);
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles truck;
4 ninja turtles action figures;
Mega Blocks Power Rangers set;
Ninja GI Joes w/DVD;
2 Energon Transformers;
Power Rangers Dino_____ (the new ones) motorcycle and red action figure;
3 Power Rangers Action Figures - Ninja Storm;
Bulls Eye Ball Game;
2 Transformers reading books;
1 Transformer activity book;
(4) Tech-Deck little dudes;
Tech-Deck playset;
2 Yu Gi Oh keychains and collectors pins;
Power Rangers Mobile Command Center;
Ninja Turtles socks;
Nerf Target set; and
2 hard back collectors Star Wars books.

I didn't think I had enough until I started writing it all down, wow!! I guess it's enough and I'm done shopping. No video games this year as we rent WAY TOO many during the year.

Jenny Lynn, I'm almost embarassed to say that he is getting the Step 2 one. The only way I could convince my dh to get a kitchen for our SON (oh heavens, a kitchen for a boy) was if we got one that had nothing feminine about it. My son loves play kitchens at play groups so I really wanted him to have one, so we went shopping and spent probably way too much for it, but love it. I'm sure he will, too. My sister has the Little Tykes one loves it, but the purple on it got to my dh. I do like the Step 2 one, just know we could have gotten one cheaper. Hey, at least we didn't get the pottery barn kids one! oh my god, that one is so cool! just love it.

DS 2 is getting a tricycle (hope DH gets around to putting it together soon)
He is getting an outfit (simba)
about 1 billion hot wheels
3 puzzle car sets
he is getting a comforter, sheet set, blanket, and valance. All in a sports theme (we are setting up his big boy bed soon)
a lot of other things....but for the life of me I can't think what. LOL they're already wrapped.

Mtemm-I could see my DH being like that if we had a boy! The Step 2 one is nice! :) The Pottery Barn one is VERY cool! I don't think I could spend that much though! LOL! :)

Too many things to list for my two girls (7 & 10) but some of the "highlights" are:

Each a new CD boombox
Student desk for the oldest
Portable DVD player
EVERYTHING BRATZ DOLLS, limo, spa, 10 dolls, etc, etc...
Games
Clothes
New DVD's

Should be tons of fun! Enjoy your holiday.

:wave2:

Well,

we are past the toy stage, LOL.

DD is receiving an Apple Ipod and DS a Canon Dig camera. Both are also receiving clothes.

herc.

mtemm - yes I can imagine my DH acting the same way over a kitchen for my son. My son loved my nieces kitchen and would play with it everytime we were there. But I never could talk him into getting him one. I could not find one like the Step 2. I think it is great you are getting it for him. What is so funny is my DH loves to cook - go figure....LOL

DS 4 is getting (and I got most of this stuff on clearance at Target! YAY)

Play Doh Saw, Play Doh Scented Pack and another Play Doh thing
Cootie Game
2 big truck things that hook together with magnets so they can make a bunch of different cars
Lots of clothes
Fisher Price Flashlight
Bike
At this point I don't remeber if I got him aything else.

I know my Mom got him the Leap Pad writer. and my MIL got him some puzzles.

The kid is so spolied. which reminds me I need to go through his toys and remove the ones that are missing pieces etc.:earseek:

Bobby and Jessi are each getting (from Roger and me and Santa) four books, and three outfits. Then Jessica is getting a mother and daughter bracelet set, a nail art kit, and a baby doctor Barbie while Bobby is getting a fire engine dashboard toy.

20yo DS is getting clothes(his request) and some cd's.
11yo DD - clothes, American Girl Doll clothes, books, cd's Freaky Friday DVD, a game etc.
5yo DD - clohtes, Kim Possible toys, American Girl outfits, plydo, Polly POcket, Mommy's Patient Doll etc.
The girls are getting a joint gift of a new tv with a vcr and dvd player for their bedroom. Just a few more things to get and then I'll be done.

DD got a new flute (I gave it to her early so she could use it for the WINTER concert;) )

She's also getting clothes and a shower radio. The list gets shorter as they get older, but the list also gets more expensive.:rolleyes:

DD 9 and DS 5 are both getting the new game boy SP and all the gadget that go with it, and games. They are getting playing station 2 to share and al the stuff that goes with it, and a few games. DD getting roller blades, new bike, American girl books, Cd's. DS getting cd's, rescue hero's, kids tools from sears like daddy's. They are both getting new Karate outfits and shoes. Yikes I spendt to much but they deserve it.

Gosh, compared to the rest of you I feel like my kids aren't getting very much but then again they also will be getting stuff from their father and stepmother and four sets of "grandparents" (their stepmother's parents aren't really grandparents biologically obviously, but they treat my kids like grandchildren.)

My 5 year old DS is getting the Rescue Hero Aquatic Base and a Rescue Hero guy (to go with the multitude he already has!)

My 9 & 11 year olds are getting wavebird controllers for gamecube

They are also getting some games (computer, video, board), a few CD's/DVD's and assorted little toys.

And new sleds!

honeywolf7 - where did you get the mother/daughter bracelet. Sounds so nice.

Yes, the older they get the more expensive the "toys" are. LOL

My DD is 3 so it will look I spent a fortune on her while my DS is 10 and getting the playstation 2. Looks like he is getting nothing from Santa. LOL But the playstation 2 was $199.00, not to mention the games, the controller, the memory card, etc.
While DD's bike was only $49.00, the couch was $28.00 and the horse actually belonged to my DS when he was her age. Just has been in storage since he was little. He did not play with it much and when she wanted a horse we lucked up. ::yes::

We also have a baby doll for her under the tree, along with some coloring books, books, and some barbies.

we really went overboard this year...but DH's business is doing well, so better do it while we can!

DD6 is getting from Santa-
a bike, ski bag, boot bag, goggles, swan lake horse/carraige, 3 DVD's, baby jogger stroller, baby pack n play/combo kit thing, bathrobe, game boy games, 2 playstation games, and more I can't remember off the top of my head.

DD7 is getting from Santa-
A Quad, ski bag, boot bag, goggles, 2 DVD's, the 8 piece Graco baby kit, similar to DD6s, with regular stroller, highchair, pack n play etc.. Game boy games, bathrobe,...more I know...

From DH and I they are both getting about the same stuff-
Both are getting a ton of books, Magic Tree House, Junie B Jones etc. They both are also getting a few DVDs from us, DD6 also is getting the crayola crayon maker thing. oh, and they both got new skis, boots, bindings and helmets from us, which they picked out so they know about those.

Santa I know has more, if I remembered to write it all down before I wrapped it I'd be MUCH better off! i probably would have stopped 3 weeks ago!
