Out of curiousity, I know some people were having trouble getting their ballots for the vote. In the end, were you able to vote???

No - i wasn't and I'm LIVID. I did not recieve proxy information. I have confirmed with Disney that they have the correct address and email address and I still did not receive the information. Last week I was told that they would email me my control number which I never received. I spoke to shareholder services both monday and tuesday and was not given my control number over the phone nor was I offered an oppertunity to do a voice vote like some were.

Late yesterday I was told I was out of luck.

I did file a complaint with the SEC

I voted. Got my proxy over email. Didn't have a problem.

Unfortunately, I am in the same boat as RadioNate. Despite many attempts, I never got a proxy -- hard copy or email.
