So upset with DVC right now

When you Sell your Points ... Mistakes ,Mess ups and Disaster can and will happen.

I know somewhere , someone at Disney thought they were doing something nice but I'm in trouble now.
Back story,

My Flight was canceled last minute and could not get a flight for several days and then I would only be there 2 days. And I just let reservation stay as it was and did not alter it in any way.

So yesterday(Sunday) the Back part of OKW calls and wants to know if I'm checking in.
I explained to the guy what happened and DONT return and points due to the Sale of 2 other contracts at OKW and I didn't want the points back and I'm taking at a loss and that's ok with me. He said thank you and he wouldn't do that.

STUPID ME
I thought everything was fine until I checked my account online. 111 points went into holding >:(>:(>:(,now legally Disney can hold me responsible and fine me big time for violating the terms of agreement.
I'm on hold with MS and waiting for a Supervisors to help.


UPDATE: 1 Wonderful Cast Member, and 4 Supervisors to get this fixed.

Sorry the flight cancellation turned into such a hassle for you. Glad you were able to get it resolved.
 
I too am glad you got it fixed!

Sort-of but not completely amazed and surprised that it took 4 supervisors.

Sounds like this might be another illustration of why we shouldn’t let resort CMs handle anything involving points. They just don’t know how to do it correctly, no matter what “it” is.
