He said his previous house call was an elderly couple, the man is hard of hearing so he talks to the wife - apparently the man was napping and was startled by the technician - the man just went bonkers... tech got out of there. He said the wife was trying to calm the man down.
They're thinking the man has some type of dementia/alzheimers - needless to say, I think that contract has been terminated!

DANG! And I would have thought that the bugs were the worst part of that job!! Go figure.
I have a client whose dad thought that He (the son) was a robber and the father went and got a gun. Scary stuff when they don't know, can't remember or whatever. Sounds like the family needs to take some action before someone (like the mailman etc.) gets hurt!
