so...today i get an e-mail with a code....

This morning I open my e-mial from Disney Visa and it says Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Disney August 15-22.......it goes on to say, Use this code to enjoy a room discount in addition to your package! it gives me a 3 digit code and a phone number to disney

I called and the CM says that it could not be combined with the FD code???
so.........i hung up and called back and this CM tells me that this code can not be used because the resort is full????

I am totally confused.

Anyone else have this problem?

Well you cannot combine two offers (FD and a room discount) so the CM was right about that. Unless you didn't already have the FD. they only have a certain amount of rooms availble so that is probably why you couldn't use the room discount maybe try a 2nd choice of resorts? But if you already hve one Discount you won't be able to use another. Good luck with everything though!

hmmm, I would have said to the 2nd cm- well, then find me a resort where I can use the code.
