So they are switching the finger machines already? I know when I was there in May, you had to use two fingers, now its just one?

thank you we always had trouble with the two finger one. My husband's finger was broken.  party: party: party:

Yay! They never seemed to work for me so I had to hear put two fingers in and squeeze from the cast members a gazillion times they all seemed to think I didn't know how to do it! We went during May and stayed at Riverside too! When did you go?

It's one finger in some locations but 2 fingers in others. I think they are trying it out or making the switch slowly. Is the one finger scan a fingerprint scan?

We were there for 10 days in June and out of all the times we were in and out of the parks, we only got the one finger one once. It'll be interesting to see if they switch all of them to one finger.

By the time we left on Saturday all of the MK had been switched over. I believe they are switching them all as many days you were not to even put your ticket through the turnstile they were using handheld devices and/or stamps to indicate your use of the ticket. We were at AK one day and nothing tied to the computer system was working no fast passes and no tickets through the turnstyles--we stayed about two hours, but it got so crazy that we just left for a park that "worked". Many days no fingers were necessary at MGM or Epcot.

I was there the week of April 29th to May 6th. Loved it! :)

I have always had trouble with the two finger scanners hope these are better.

When i was there it just was at MK and I like it better cause my fingers swell sometimes.

What are the finger scanners? Exactly what they sound like? You scan your finger to get into the park? We are planning our first trip to WDW next year, and I have never heard of them at DL.

Basically, yes.
