We also have never used a cart at FW. We take old bikes and have never even locked them up. There's just something really tranquil about cruising around slowly through the Fort on 2 wheels.

Good luck on training for the 2010 Marathon. I've run them the last 4 years - The last 2 of which were Goofy's with DS19. We're signed up to do our 3rd Goofy in 2010.

We always start the year off with a FW stay during Marathon Weekend and last year I said to DW I should give it a try. Didn't happen this year but after seeing everybody again in January I figured for my 60th year I would give it a go. Already have the reservations for FW but I will not enter until I get myself farther along with the training since I have never run. So far things are going pretty good and am on track.

I dont think helmets are an actual RULE...just safe practice. Personally, I didnt even wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle on the interstate when I owned one...now its a state law again.

Besides duct tape (which I have used) you can also use zip ties and flash lights. That way there is no left over sticky.
