We reserved a two-bedroom at VWL in October. We can fit in a 1-br comfortably but knew that someone in DH's family would be coming with us so went with the 2-br. So now his brother, wife and two kids have committed. Question is, do I need to call and put their names on the reservation? I only ask because I am unsure of how requests work. With the original reservation I requested non-smoking, pool view. If I call to add their names, does my reservation get put to the bottom of the list again, so to speak.
I'm not sure if I worded this correctly so that you all know what I mean but basically, if I call to make a change to my reservation, does it diminish my chances of getting my original requests? (We are arriving around noon time so are hoping for an early check-in but are willing to wait to get our requests).
Also I've read about not wanting to get a handicapped room with small kids. Are there a lot of these rooms at VWL? Is that something I should also put on my reservation?
Thank you!!!
