So Paris and then a cruise...

Hi everyone, I have been m.i.a. for awhile now so busy at work and I spend so much time talking to frenchmickey that I rarely get on here anymore.

So Paris is all set and Kevin will be joining me for the weekend as my tour guide around the City of Lights. So that will be from October 19-26th as I have mentioned before lol. I am excited yet I still don't have a hotel yet since Kevin assures me that there will be a special soon so I won't be paying a ridiculous rate just for somewhere to stay. So gingers crossed DLRP will have a special soon so i know where I will sleeping. Also like DL they don't post their schedule as far ahead as WDW so that is killing me too. LOL

Now a few short weeks after my return we will be heading down to WDW for our joint vacation. We will be arriving the evening of Nov 14 and staying at Pop (most likely) until the 18th. This is the day we head out to the Disney Wonder for his first and my second DCL adventure. I am so excited for this even more so than Paris (sad huh?) During our stay at WDW we are going to do the Keys to the Kingdom Tour and the morning before we leave we are going to visit CRT. I was shocked I was able to get a ressie this close to our trip. And not only did I get one I was able to change it to the morning we sail from the morning after we arrive He was really happy when I told him as he has always dreamed of eating in the Castle. I had assured him it was impossible but I was able to get a ressie quite easily.

So that's what is going on with me I hope all of you are well. It would be nice if they started to deorate the ship while we were aboard.

Sounds like you are in for an awesome trip

A tip you may already know: DLP often as better prices on the UK (or German if you can wade through it) sites than on the US ones. You need to use an address from that country when you book but it does not have to be YOUR address. We booked with a UK deal (was 60% less than the exact same thing on the exact same dates on the US site and about 30% cheaper than the German site) last year and I posted on the DLP boards and was pointed to a travel agent who could book it for me. Sooooo, keep checking for deals and do so on multiple country sites if you can

Kevin is going to check tomorrow to see if a new promo will start soon, he will just book it using his address (france) so i can get a discount. We are going on the 3 night Bahamas cruise. I did it in March 2009 and LOVED it. It's his first cruise so I wanted to ease him into the whole crusie experience.
