So my Thanksgiving reservation disappeared from the website!!!!!!

So I went to add the DDP, to my Thanksgiving reservation on the DVC website and saw that my reservation has disappeared!!!! I immediately called MS they assured me it's still there and they are having "technical difficulties " and don't know when they'll be fixed. She tried to add the DDP to it and said the system wouldn't let her do that because of the "technical difficulties ". I checked MDE and it's still there. I took a screen shot on my phone. Would you trust them? Mind you, all of my other reservations are unchanged , so I find this extremely odd.

That happened to me with my last trip in Feb. It was when they were also having difficulties one day I think either that day or the next it went back to normal. (I kept checking repeatedly cause I was a little worried ) I wouldn't be too concerned!

LOL! Panic Mode....I would be too. The site is just so wonky! I can't even book a reservation online...since my 180 days opened. I have to call. That was two weeks ago, still can't book anything online. But I would be out of my mind if I saw Thanksgiving gone! But...you did call, so you should be fine. Could idea taking a picture. I wrote all my confirmation numbers down. Where you eating on Thanksgiving....just curious?

Well right now I have 3 possibilities. ...to do Akershus lunch and CS dinner. CS lunch and Beirgarten dinner or a 4 pm Captains grille and snacking during the day. I really wanted a WCC, Cape May or H&v but those were all taken....hoping to find a cancelation! !!

I wouldn't worry it is so far out and I think you can get them to "add it on" if it doesn't show up in a week or so. Just document who you talked to for a CM and the date.

Yeah....I hear you...just keep looking. I hear that when the fast pass + opens, 60 days prior to your trip....folks begin cancelling based on when their fast passes get booked. I'm still looking for a couple openings....I check twice a day.
