.... they are still "whole" or should I say, "hole" but will not swipe. Should I take them to guest services the day of the part and have them give us new ones, or will they just give us our bracelets there and let us in?

Out of all the things on the dining room table, she chose these to chew. Rotten dog.

If you are staying on-site, you may be able to get some help there. You can always call them and ask what to do. :flower:

I would just go to Guest Services at the park and ask to replace them. You could always just bring a copy of your confirmation letter (if you bought them online) and they will give you new ones. But the ones they give you at the park are the paper tickets not the plastic ones received in the past. Personally I like the plastic ones better.

Good Luck and see ya there. We're also going Dec. 4th.

If the dog left any part with a number on, I'd make sure to have that when you call/go along with the confirmation letter. They should just be able to cancel the damaged ones and issue you new ones.

Just to share your pain, my dog "punched" holes in my Disney Visa! It's a good thing they're cute, and they may someday save our lives!

Like other DIS'ers are saying, take them to guest services. If you happen to have your reciept I'd take that too!

And I thought it was bad with my bunny chewing up my lease paperwork! At least he didn't get to the Disney stuff!

Good luck. I am sure they will exchange it out...although, I do wonder how many times they have heard, "my dog chewed my tickets" :earseek:
