So much for Concierge booking.

Just tried to make a booking with the Concierge club for Regency New York in December, only to be told they have blacked out all Vacation Club bookings from Nov26th through to Dec20th. Now that's what I call Really Unhelpfull, has anyone had this before?

john is this througth DVC if it is would surgest posting on the main DVC(us side)as you will get a better reply

This is VERY disappointing - we're hoping to use our points to stay in Hotel del Coronado, San Diego summer 2008 via the Concierge Collection... If you don't mind me asking, how many nights were you trying to book? I'm surprised MS couldn't offer an alternative...

If you are trying to book into somewhere at their popular times I can understand a block out period. Was there any warning about popular times from DVC? My understanding is that concierge is only likely to be used for a few nights at a time.
