and believe it or not we were there in 2005. It was not a planned trip, so we just went with the flo; We went to disney thanksgiving 2005, and 2008, and now that we are going to univ this thanksgiving, i am nervous.

1) Which park will the new coaster be in HRRR?

2) how are the crowds in each park during thanksgiving week? US was dead when we went years ago, but the very next day in IOA there was 2 hour waits:scared1:

3)anyone use the express plus pass?? Is it worth it? For our dates, it would be $19.99 per person. I was thinking that we could get this for IOA, and not US....any suggestions?

R3 will be on the studios side

i stay onsite and use the fotl perk.
can't answer you about buying the epp.

check the price of them the day before you go to see if it has changed.
the lower the price is an indicator of low crowd predications.

Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit will be in the Universal side, as mac said.
Crowds around any holiday, as I've experienced, are higher than the norm. However, people seem to be drawn to Disney more on these events. FOTL is an amazing perk, if you can spare the money. If you opt not to buy FOTL, single rider queues are lifesavers. Just be prepared to have your group split up.

Is there a list somewhere that tells which rides do single rider?? We (family of 3) did this last year at test track and it was a lifesaver. I would not mind doing it again....At all.....

Off the top of my head, Mummy, MIB, Hulk, and Doom.

Forgive me if I am missing any

Universal Studios
Revenge of the Mummy
Men In Black

IOA
Incredible Hulk Coaster
Doctor Doom's Fearfall
The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man

the lists you were given sound on target to me.

i always tell newbies to universal to check out the UO website.
you will find more information there than you didn't even think of asking about.

the interactive map is super and helpful.

you will also read height requirements, restrictions, single line usage, etc in the uo section.
