My older brother just started the college program at Disney, so I guess now my whole family can't win any dreams? That REALLY stinks.

But we could still win a fastpass or ears, right? It's just the big prizes with the paperwork that we can't win... (that still stinks, but not quite as bad... )

This is correct. My mother is also a CM, so I am unable to win the castle suite or the DVC membership Oh well. I would be very happy with a dream fastpass

How close does the relative have to be to exclude you from winning? I have a cousin who works for Disney. Does that mean we can't win something? (although, I will say that getting free dining again fulfills all my Disney dreams!)

I am not positive, but I think any family excludes you.

As long as you don't live with him/her and they are more than 1 family member away you are eligible.
