Are you up a creek? We just are not sure of which place we will be when, so I am at a loss as to what to plan. I know I have already blown Christmas Eve as today was the 90 day mark....I am not looking to get CRT breakfast...food looks great for the CP character meal but Pooh and characters not the kids favorites. I don't even know how jammed MK will be on Xmas Eve...maybe we are better off at another park. One CM told me that we need t secure w/a CC for both Xmas Eve and Day, and since I am not sure...how long do you think I can push it before I commit to a PS? Ther are 4 of us and we will be at the Dophin, most likely spending Xmas day at Epcot/possibly a few early afternoon hours at AK first. Not palnning to rush to anywhere Christmas morning.
Thank you for your suggestions!
Also, DD wants to go back to Sci-Fi (she loves the onion rings)seems a bit different for Christmastime, but tied in w/Osborne lights could be nice...any thoughts?

I did book Storybook breakfast this morning for 12/24 since we'll be eating at the Garden Grill before the 6:45 Candlelite Processional. I hope that this works out! I may book another Candlelite Processional later in the week incase I chicken out for Xmas Eve!!

I need to book something tomorrow for Christmas Day dinner. You'll be close to Shula's Steakhouse. I know that it's pricey, but it has great food I've read. That is a place that we're seriously considering, but we're staying at the WL, not as close.

Here are some other choices that I'm considering:
Ohana's great food!
Biertergarten Festive!
1600 Park Fare**I need to look into this a little more
Shula's
Victoria & Albert's *Fancy for Christmas
OR lunch at Crystal Palace or Liberty Tree Tavern because I know that MK will be packed!! on Christmas Day!!
Yachtman's **not as close to where we're staying
I haven't thought of 'the place' yet... Let us know what you book:)

I have a 3yr old and 11yr old...
WL 12/17-12/28

We (me, DH, DD-8 and DS-18mos) decided to make Christmas Eve the day we enjoy resort amenities and decorations, so today I booked spa treatments (for DD and me) at GF, then afternoon tea at Garden View Lounge and we'll be taking a Wishes fireworks cruise from GF marina. If we can squeeze it in, maybe we'll do a horse carriage ride, too.

I hope to book Whispering Canyon for Christmas lunch and spend that day enjoying that resort's Christmas atmosphere.

Since my DH is in the US Navy he is away right now and will be joining my DD almost 9 and DS 4 for our Family vacation in WDW at the CSR. My parents are going to come and celebrate the holidays with us too! They are staying off property. But for Xmas eve I am taking my very hard working DH to Victoria and Alberts,I paln to be decked out in my finest and my DH doesnt know yet but he is wearing his Navy dress uniform equivalent to the Tuxedo! He doesnt know bout my surprise dinner plans yet...And I made rezzies for my parents,DD and DS for the Garden Grille. I thought it would be a special night for them since they dont get to see that often. Then for Christmas Day we are doing the candelight processional and dinner at Le Cellier...I have never done this before and really wanted to make it special for everyone! we also have PS for CRT Christmas eve morning...I cant wait...:Pinkbounc

I know what you mean. I've been nervous all day trying to nail down where we want to eat. I want Christmas to be relaxed but also have a nice meal. I did make a PS today for the Biergarten for 3:45 on Christmas Eve, the latest lunch time. This is not something we would normally choose, but I thought it would be festive and fun for the kids. I finally decided to do Yacht Club Galley for a late Breakfast and Park Faire for Supper on Christmas Day. My DDs want to rent one of those bicycle things at the Boardwalk, then I thought we might wander around EPCOT a while. I'm too scared to go to the MK.

Some suggestions for the EPCOT area would be Cape May, Spoodles or Yacht Club. You might do a later nice breakfast at one of those places or at the Dolphin and then do Sci-Fi later. I feel your pain but push through it and make a few PSs. I figure everybody is in the same boat and we might all need to reaarange in a month or so anyway.

Good Luck!:D

OK....So I am one of the terrible folks who called WDW just about an hour ago...9 pm Florida time...:o but got right thru! CM actually said it was very quiet phone wise and enjoyed getting the call! So I booked lunch at the castle for 12/24 at 1 p.m. and dinner at O'Hanas for 8 p.m. I am still up in the air for Christmas day, DH said he'd like to be at MGM in the evening, so maybe Epcot day, dinner (unknown) and head to MGM with the masses to see Osborne lights. Right now it looks like our major PS day is Christmas eve...I have Plaza Rest for 4:30 on our firsy full MK day, the 19...we may risk counter food the rest of the time until 12/24...then I think we will need PS for the last4 days for sure!

Finfan- We will be at O'Hana's Christmas Eve also! Our PS is for 7pm. I am going to try for Cape May dinner buffet for Christmas dinner. We are staying at the BC. The CM I spoke to this evening gave me the list of the restaurants that are offering Holiday buffets on Christmas Day.

I've been wondering whether it's okay to call tomorrow with everything shut down.

Looking for Christmas dinner at the Ca. grill.

Laurenk....Cool! Looks like O'hana's will be fun for Christmas Eve! We are hoping to see wishes from there, but since Dec hours aren't out yet I have no idea if 9 p.m. will be the start time. If it later maybe we will hop the monorail over and try and catch it. I think I am leaning toward Gullivers Buffet for 12/25...only problem is DS loves crab legs and they seafood buffet is on Fridays, Xmas is on a Sat! If we can get O'Hanas for the 25, I will switch, catch the monorail at Epcot and then an early dinner and then back to MGM......I sure wish I knew what the Gullivers Holiday buffet menu is, if it has crablegs, then that's where we will be eating on the 25th, and I can relax!

We have candelight processional PS at Garden Grill Christmas eve at 5:40 p.m. and the 8:15 processional. I still have to figure out CHristmas Day. Thinking opening gifts and tea at the GF. I have to wait till October 1 to book New Years, but I think I will be booking the Prime TIme Cafe at MGM. We did Hollywood and Vine last year and it was a zoo with the buffet and all.

Hi!

Just wanted to share that I booked 1900 Park Fare for breakfast and Cape May for early dinner on the 25th!! I booked the Illuminations cruise too. Should be a special day for our family:)
