Is there a Senior menu at ANY of the restaurants?
I use to have a huge appetite,,,but now I eat much less...
Is there a menu for Seniors that may have less food ??
I can't finish a large meal anymore in one sitting,,,but know
I can't take a doggy bag of it either!!! I hate the thought
of throwing out 1/2 of the food all week!!!:flower3:

I don't eat that much either (not quite a senior citizen, just petite). I used to eat a lot less and when I was like that, I ordered appetizers a lot. Or, could you share a meal with someone? I also looked for lunches rather than dinners so I could get a sandwich or smaller portions. Then I would get a snack for dinner if I was hungry later. Now that my husband doesn't eat as much anymore (he's trying to lose weight), we rarely do any sit down meals and opt for counter service places. There are tons of ways to eat smaller at Disney World. Just be creative.

Sorry...there is no such thing. Many places may allow you to order from the kids menu (you can certainly do this at counter service). At TS restaurants you can order just appetizers. I'm also thinking buffets or family style may not be the best bet.

You are so right about the buffets,,,I get full after just a bowl of soup!!

Great Ideas....I will share....snacking my way around the world will be the answer.......Thanks!:)

We find the portions so big that our family usually splits a couple counter service meals or at TS restaurants I always order appetizers and my two girls usualy split a meal as they are not big eaters.
