So I send the Hubby out to buy one gift...

DS wants the latest Smackdown vs Raw Playstation 2 game. It has to be mailed to him. On Saturday, DH volunteered to get it at Best Buy. I send him off with a written list which clearly lists Playstation 2.

He calls me from the store and asks if the 2006 version of the game is the one he wants. I say yes and ask if it's for Playstation 2. He tells me it is, brings it home and I'm thinking it doesn't look like the packaging from previous games.

Sure enough, we're watching TV yesterday and I see an Ad for the PSP system. That's when the light bulb went off and I realized this is the one that he got, not the one Playstation 2.

Gotta love it. He buys ONE present, and can't get it right. Husbands.

Laughs! Reminds me of the time mom sent dad out to buy three new door knobs to match the two new ones on new door for the rest of the doors and he came home 4 hours later with a new surround sound system!! She wasnt amused..... Mind you this was before cell phones so she had no contact with him! We still have a chuckle over this!

I don't even want to mention the "stuff" that he got for himself from Santa. I suspect he had ulterior motives for volunteering to go to Best Buy on a Saturday.

Consider yourself lucky that your DH will go out shopping at all. Mine hates to go shopping. If I don't pick out something for myself, or win it on Ebay and he pays for it I don't get anything. Like I had mentioned before, I am very thankful to Lewdyan1 (Dyan) for picking up my shortbread cookies from WDW so DD11 has a gift for me under the tree. I know what it is, but who cares it is something I really wanted. But OH the waiting until Christmas part is really killing me knowing what is in the box. Let me at them!!
