so i just got back from the eyedoctor.

and my vision has decreased from like 20/30 to 20/60.
i got new glasses, they correct it to 20/25 (for some reason i just can't go to 20/20)
my glasses are pretty awesome. red metal, square frames.

I had glasses until 4th grade.
I had 3 different pairs, the last pair were just oval and a light pink frame.
I didn't wear them at all during vacations even though I was suppose to in 3rd grade and I came back to the doctor the following year and my vision was better. Lol.

so do you wear glasses/contacts? yes, constantly since 6th grade because I'm nearsighted and thus need them to see everything beyond 3 feet. My vision sucks.
what do they look like? They're black metal on the outside with this awesome bright metallic blue on the inside. They're from Converse (yes, the shoe company) and they have little stars on the ends of the earpieces and the bridge pieces.
do you know your prescription? No. It's horrible, though.

I wear glasses and contacts. I prefer contacts but when I get infections or I cry too much, I have to wear my glasses. I have Coach glasses and my contacts are a -2.5. I am nearsided and I can't really see a thing without them.

I wear glasses when I'm on the computer. I'm near sighted in one eye and far sighted in the other. xD Its kind of weird and people freak out whenever they wear them.

Yeah I had an eye appointment last week as well. My prescritopn went up, but I don't have to wear my glasses everyday...just when I need them. I feel like I probably should wear them everyday but that's not what the doctor said.
I have Prada frames and I just got the new lenses put into them. If I had to wear them everyday I would most certainly get contacts.

i'm really nearsighted in both eyes, i have no clue what my prescription is but i'll ask...

i dont really understand the decimal ones.

but the standard is 20/20 vision. that means you see at 20 feet what you should be able to see at 20 feet.
i have 20/65.
i have to be at 20 feet, to see what someone with perfect vision can see at 65 feet.

I have Liz Claiborne glasses, I've had them for about a year and the paint is chipping off.
I don't really wear my glasses. I only use them for school and to watch tv/movies. I cannot use them when using the computer, it drives me nuts, it's kind of like wearing too strong of a prescription.

I have no idea what my prescription is, it's going to be worse the next time I go. Apparently it's as bad as my mothers now, and my mum never takes her glasses off or her contacts out (like she always has something to see with).

my glasses are black thick rimmed with red and white thin pinstripes on the top and sides and stuff...

my contacts say my right eyes is -1.00 and left is -1.25

not too bad but i cna't see with out them in...

I went from needing glasses for readin in 7th grade to needing none in 8th to needing them all the time in 9th and i got contacts in 10th grade...hopefully i'll get new glasses this year
