SO...i have 24 days...

till the wedding and im not stressing at all. i got in touch with rev tim today and i know that he will be there for sure. i STILL haven't talked to maxine...but why start now right..lol...i mean she's only been my EM for the past 10 months. thats a whole different issue...so since i haven't EVER spoken to her do i tip her? give her a gift? im lost on what to do. and as for rev tim...whats a good tip for him? thanks in advance!

First - Congrats!!! I cant believe you only have 24 days left... wow!!! Heres some pixie dust for a happy and wonderful wedding!!!


Regarding Maxine - We gave our EM, her assistant, and our Banquet Manager all gifts.... BUT - I spoke with all of them often, and they helped me tremendously with everything. They were all there every step of the way. I am not sure exactly what I would do. I know you have had problems with her, and havent really spoken to her, so if you dont feel you shouldnt give her anything, then dont. Maybe a thank you note???

Regarding Rev. Tim - We had Rev. Jack Day, and we were sooo happy with him, that my parents tipped him $100. They loved him! I am not sure what the right thing to do is. We were going to give $50 extra along with his fees of $200, but my parents told us they would take care of it.

For my EM I had bought a picture frame and was planning on writting a thank you note and putting it inside the frame. It was a pretty inexpensive gift, and since I didn't really speak to her often I thought that it would be fine. Congratulations, you must be so excited.
