I need 5 dinners
So far I have penciled in:
1. Ohana (arrival day-not sure what we will do before dinner/what park--maybe epcot bec I don't have that penciled it yet)
2. Food & Wine Festival (OOP) (doing HS this day then straight to Epcot)
3. Crystal Palace (MK all day)
4. BOMA?? (AK all day)
5. Hoop De Doo Review (no more park tickets that day so I like that this will give us a park feel at diner!)

I also am doing Akershus and Chef Mickey for Breakfasts

I have an almost 3 DD and an almost 2 yr old DS who eat a lot so although I do not want to only do buffets/family style it just seems to make sense to get our Dining plans money's worth!

Looking for other suggestions if some of these based on experience and recs (based on my tentative park visits ) if they don't make sense! I like and am trying to have a variety of places for dinner - hotel/parks!

I can't believe how hard I am making this! (My DH keeps rolling his eyes..and just wants to know when we get there! HAHA! But I guess I secretly enjoy it:rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks for any suggestions! I haven't been in 10 years and this is our 1st time as a mother and on a meal plan

there is no such thing as overthinking it....

Hi and congrats on your upcoming trip!! Very exciting!! Do you have any other little ones, or just the two kiddos mentioned? I would suggest if you have an Akershus Princess Breakfast scheduled, that you do EPCOT that day as well since you will start the day in the park already.

We did 'Ohana for our arrival dinner on our first trip together as well!:) I would suggest that if you want to do a little bit of a park on your arrival day (but to quote Will Ferrell in Old School "Only if there's time":rotfl:), to do MK leading up to your 'Ohana ressie. It's never a trip for us until we've walked down Main Street and taken it all in. Especially with two little guys I would highly recommend that. But I wouldn't try to do too much right away, or wait on too many long lines right away. I would focus more on taking in the environment, walking through the Lands and seeing what you can discover! Then you can hop on the monorail, or a boat over to the Poly for your 'Ohana ressie.

Good luck with all your planning, and have an amazing trip! :goodvibes:goodvibes

You sound like an amazing mom:goodvibes:goodvibes You guys are going to have the most magical time ever! Good luck to you guys!!!

It is absolutely too much to plan I agree. Vacations shouldn't be this hard but at Disney it is and that's that. Great choices. On Hoop Dee Do Review I would only go if you can secure early ressies. One yr all we had left was the 9:30 show and my grandchildren(older than your kids) was tooo late. When they 9:30 they do not mean 9:29. Loved the food and show but my grandkids were tired.

I totally aggree with all the above! For Ohana's we usually make a later reservation, get a window table and watch WISHES while we dine. Extraordinary experience! Have fun on your trip and remember to Feel the Magic! :wizard:
