Brer Rabbit, no you can't book the AAA discounted rooms online. You need to do it over the phone through Disney Central Reservations.
People in the U.S. can book the AAA rooms online through the AAA website but that's not possible outside the U.S. because the AAA websites are broken up into individual U.S. states, depending on where the member lives.
However I have successfully been able to *check* for availability using the AAA site. I only do this of course to check for available rooms before I then call and book them over the phone, nothing else, there would be no point in actually booking because they'll look for your U.S. address. Hope that makes sense. If it's any use to you the AAA website I used was here . That might or might not work for you - they might ask for a zip code (you could just temporarily use a zip code from a hotel address or whatever that you find on the web).
