So how do you get to the parks?

we always take the boat to MK...buses everywhere else. My kids love the buses...not sure why but they do and its nice not to have the hassle of parking then riding the tram. Its a vacation...relax.

On our last trip in Dec. we drove to all the parks except to MK when we took the boat. On one of those days we took the bus to Epcot and what would have taken 10-15 minutes by car took almost one hour by Disney bus. After that we always drove to save valuable time in the morning. We like to get the popular rides done first thing in the morning then slow the pace for late afternoon and nights.

If you stay at a Disney resort, they will give you a parking pass to keep in your window. Show it at the gate to the theme parks and you can park for free.

If you stay off-site, it's $12 per day. You pay only once per day, even if you leave/return or go to another park.

My kids always consider the boat from FW to MK as their first attraction and one of their favorites. :)

Shan-man I love your route to Epcot. Sounds like a great idea for a relaxing scenic tour. :thumbsup2

There are some cabins near Settlement. Maybe if you're lucky, you'll get in this loop. The boat and buses are just steps away.
