So,how crowded will Universal really be over New Year's Weekend?

Wanting to know as well. I was able to score Mytho reservations on the 31st last week. Maybe a good sign? I figure City Walk would be crowded but might be fun.

All I know is we just got back and yesterday and today were a complete zoo. I have never seen it that crowded. Plus EP were sold out both days.

Last year someone posted park closed briefly until guests left during the day

Same set up as the motherland does

My experience isn't recent but I know it took us an hour or two to even exit the parking garage early hours of new years day after the fireworks.

Still have good memories of the trip.

We went today, it was soooo crowded. We have premier passes though, so the after 4 express was awesome! Posted wait at Jurassic River ride was 100 minutes, we waited 10 minutes.

I was there last week, it was pretty insane. I bet the same for this week.

We have friends who stay for three weeks over Christmas/New Year........after last couple of years they plan to go stay in St Pete's for 3 days including NYE.......far too busy for them.....and they're used to crowds this time of year.
