With all the talk of the SSR enhancements, I thought it was worth noting one apparently more minor enhancement coming.
I called this week to make reservations for a carriage ride during our December visit to SSR.
At first, the CM was baffled at why there was no availability for a carriage ride any time during our entire 9 day stay. Then she discovered that they are beginning a rehab of the loading/unloading area for the carriage rides on October 1 - apparently to make the area more "user friendly".
Since I've never visited SSR, I don't have any sense of what the arae looks like now.
The CM suggested that I call back after October 1, in hopes that they will have set a completion date for the rehab, thereby allowing us to make reservations again.
