So Happy!!

Hi

I am so happy at the moment.

We want a Disney Wedding in September 2008 and was worrying as would not be able to afford to get over to the Orlando for a Planning Session (I am from the UK).

However, DF surprised me today and booked flights to Orlando in November so I get my Planning Session him so much!!!

thats greta we are geeting married in sept as well! we are flying over in sept of this year to have our planning! We are from essex in the uk as well!

We go over every year for holidays, I used to work for virgin atlantic!

I have my dress and veil and I'm making my tiara but thats about it! I have picked most things but have not purchased anything as I have been out of work for 3 months! Start a new job tuesday then I'm going to start buying things!

Same here - have been going over since I was 6 - got engaged over there as well so natural to have wedding there as well. Fell in love with the wedding chapel when i saw it and the carriage!! (which is pulled by Welsh Ponies - such a bonus! )

We are hoping for the 29th September. No contract signed as can't do it until exactly 1 year to the date.

Have bought my dress, wedding band and have paid for Evening Party Venue (got blessing and wedding party on the 25th October 2008 in Cardiff).

Have spoken to DFTW once before - going to ring them tomorrow now. Spoke with Doreen before.

We want a blessing as my nan and grandad cannot make it out to Florida so having a photographer, cake etc.. here as well which is taking up my time at the moment. Like organising two weddings!!!

You only get married once though!

Have you thought about venue, reception etc.... for Disney yet????

I know. You can't imagine how glad i was when i came across this forum. Have been lurking for a while but now i am here and have a lot to say and ask

yes we are having all that as well at our uk reception too cos of grandparents, My mum wants us to have the blessing but DF does not want this to take away the fact that we are already married and that its not our wedding day!

Are you ahving the blessiing in a church? I dont really know how to go about organising it to be honest.

I too am looking at things for our home reception like cakes and centre pieces. We have DF sisters husband who is a photgrapher so we are going to ask him to take the photos here and we are not sure who we are going to use in disney.

We are hoping to get the WP and then we are toying with either the napa room so we can see the fireworks or go for living seas and illuminations dessert party at uk lower! but I think I want the dessert party no matter what as I want my guests to be wowed! We have around 24 going out with us how many have you got?

It is so nice to find someone from over here who is going through the same as me!

Having WP - considering GF/ariels or living seas. Def. having dessert party. Have around 30 people coming over. Looking into having Randy Chapman to do our photography - he is so nice and his pics are amazing.

Yeah we are having the blessing in the church - meeting with the vicar next week to organise it.

I was told we could nothave ariels for our reception when I spoke with heidi as they are trying not to have it for weddings or something like that.

I know I found it hard to speak with anyone as all my friends got married over here and none of them seem to be interested in mine as they think its all taken care of! and I think its so stressfull!
