so...got our vouchers today. And they say they're for tickets

I thought they "ran out" of tickets and everyone was getting the FP option? My vouchers say a one day one park ticket...so is that what i'll get for sure??

If you look way down at the bottom of the voucher, and go UP 2 paragraphs, it should say (in reddish/brown ink):

"Present your valid ID, this voucher, and your valid multi-day ticket or Annual Pass at a theme park will call ticket window to redeem for a Disney's FASTPASS Special Exchange card or for a Special Ear Hat figurine with unique trading pins."

We are trading ours for 2 FPs and 2 figurines with trading pins come September.

LOL - sorry. I must have mis-read your post. I thought you were saying they ran out of fastpasses and that's what you wanted! What I quoted was for an alternative option instead of the 1 day 1 theme park ticket. My voucher says above that (again in red/brown ink) that it can be redeemed for the ticket.

No, my understanding is you can still get the ticket, fastpasses, or figurine! The vouchers are suppose to guarantee you that. It's just that the program finished and all the vouchers have been handed out/accounted for.

Yes, if you have the voucher, you can choose to redeem for a one-day ticket that can be upgraded. You cannot redeem for admission on July 4, and you have to use it by December 15.

Disney capped the vouchers at one million. Those vouchers can be reddemed for any of the available options, as long as the conditions are met (blackout dates for tickets, need a multi-day pass for FP cards).

Have you already bought your tickets? If not, you can upgrade to the 10-day tickets and get a $79 credit for each adult toward the ticket.

The cutoff was when one million people had registered and signed up for s pecific service. It was not for the first million to perform the service. This was intended so there would not be people who registered, signed up, performed the service and then were not abole to get the vouchers.

The vouchers are all for tickets and would allow for alternate choices if the voucher holder had (at the time of redeeming) and was using a multi day ticket.
