I restarted my journey to wellness as a part of my Lenten discipline. On February 17, Ash Wednesday, I weighed 260 pounds. Today I weigh 232 pounds. :cool1: That's 28 pounds in 5 months including a week at WDW and Universal Studios eating whatever I wanted including a Dole Whip. ;) The Doctor wants me under 180 which is insane, I didn't weigh that when I was in the ROTC and running everyday and 25 years younger. I'll be happy with around 200. My original goal was 200 pounds by next Ash Wednesday, March 9th. Would it be an unrealistic goal to adjust that back to 200 before Christmas? Thanks.
 
Congratulations on your loss so far!:cool1::cool1::cool1: Personally, I wouldn't aim for more than 25 pounds before Christmas. It looks like you're losing around 5 pounds a month?

I'm trying really hard to make behavior goals if I'm making time frame goals vs. pounds lost goals. While I have a number goal in mind, it's just too much pressure for me when I have a strict time line attached to it.

You're doing great - keep it up!
 
You are doing awesome! I think 25lbs is a good goal before Christmas. Do a reward plan or every 5lbs you lose.
