I restarted my journey to wellness as a part of my Lenten discipline. On February 17, Ash Wednesday, I weighed 260 pounds. Today I weigh 232 pounds.
That's 28 pounds in 5 months including a week at WDW and Universal Studios eating whatever I wanted including a Dole Whip.
The Doctor wants me under 180 which is insane, I didn't weigh that when I was in the ROTC and running everyday and 25 years younger. I'll be happy with around 200. My original goal was 200 pounds by next Ash Wednesday, March 9th. Would it be an unrealistic goal to adjust that back to 200 before Christmas? Thanks.
